My answers...

I think microfinancing is a very noble thing. I'm very glad that it focuses highly on the poor women. The best thing is that the poor people from different countries get a good oppurtunity to improve their lives. It gives them confidence that they can really bring up their family. Also, these people can show their talents by working hard.

I don't think that microfinancing can eradicate poverty altogethere because I have a strong feeling that poverty in the world can only be reduced, we can't get rid of it totally.

I strongly think that Singapore, as a society puts a lot of effort in taking care of the poor. Firstly, in Singapore the students belonging to a poor family get a lot of concession in paying their fee for their education. Secondly, education is compulsory for everybody regardless of their financial status. Lastly, I realise that there are quite a number of charity organisations.

This is me :)

I'm Sahana, I'm very emotional. My favourite colour is black. I don't like snobbish people and i appreciate people who are obliging and friendly. I can lose my temper easily if people provoke me which is my biggest weakness. Normally, people say that I'm a boring person which i realise that it is true, because I'm too quiet. My hobbies are singing, painting, reading books and listening to music. Besides, i like to make friends and i don't back stab them.
Moreover, I'm pretty sure that I'm not irritating. I'm a good daydreamer. The person whom i like the most in this world is my mum. I really hate when I'm accused of doing any wrong deed.
Furthermore, I'm glad that I've realised my weaknesses and I'm going to work on it because i love myself. I don't have much complaints about my life. This year, my aim is to improve my English and be nice to people around me.
